Pregnancy calendar: medical appointments and monitoring

We offer a pregnancy calendar that details the milestones, mandatory medical appointments, and suggested but optional appointments month by month. This calendar should be adapted in the event of specific medical conditions or needs, in consultation with your healthcare professional.

• ^1st prenatal consultation : confirmation of pregnancy, submission of the pregnancy declaration form for Social Security and CAF

• ^1st ultrasound between 11 and 13 weeks + 6 days of amenorrhea: dating of the pregnancy, identification of multiple pregnancies, screening for certain malformations and risks of chromosomal abnormalities (measurement of nuchal translucency).

• Postnatal medical consultation to be carried out within 6 to 8 weeks following your delivery. This consultation can be carried out by your doctor or midwife. This consultation is covered 100% by social security.

• Postnatal perineal and abdominal rehabilitation with a midwife or physiotherapist. This rehabilitation is 100% covered.
