Currently we ship worldwide!

The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated when ordering.

The delivery times indicated on the site are indicative times, corresponding to the average processing and delivery times observed.

As part of a subscription and in the event of a change in the desired delivery location, please notify us at least fifteen days before the start of the month concerned by modifying your contact details on your account.

Returns

If you notice a problem with a delivered product (for example: damaged package, already opened, missing parts), please inform us within 7 days of receipt of the product. If the product is found to be defective, you will receive a new product while stocks last. If out of stock, you will receive an equivalent product.
