On the other hand, the postpartum infusion should not be consumed during pregnancy but only after childbirth! It is compatible with breastfeeding.

Any doubts about chamomile ?
You may have heard of feverfew (or Roman chamomile) which is not recommended during pregnancy. In our blends, we use chamomile, which is authorized and even recommended because it has many benefits for pregnant women!

Each treatment is planned to be able to consume one cup per day for a month (30 cups).
The recommended dose per cup is 2 level teaspoons.
You can also re-infuse the plants a second time during the day because they will retain their flavor and benefits!
