How to use it

  • Take one cup a day
  • Two teaspoons per cup
  • Cup of 250 to 300ml of water
  • Water at 90°
  • Infuse for 4 minutes covered
  • Serve warm for more flavor!

Je recommande vraiment cette tisane, elle fait beaucoup de bien au corps comme au mental, j'aurais aimé l'avoir quand j'ai eu mon premier bébé, car c'était vraiment les montagnes russes 😅.

Tisane apaisante et de qualité

Je suis contente qu'il y ait également une tisane pour le post-partum, cette cure qui contient de la lavande (l'une de mes plantes préférées!) était très bonne et m'a aidée a traverser cette période bien chargée en émotion...!

Are all herbal teas safe for pregnant women? I read the opposite on the internet.

All our pregnancy infusions are safe for pregnant women! They were designed with women's health professionals. On the internet you may read contrary opinions because unfortunately there is very little scientific research in France. Our partners work, among other things, with American and Canadian scientific research.

On the other hand, the postpartum infusion should not be consumed during pregnancy but only after childbirth! It is compatible with breastfeeding.

Any doubts about chamomile ? You may have heard of feverfew (or Roman chamomile) which is not recommended during pregnancy. In our blends, we use chamomile, which is authorized and even recommended because it has many benefits for pregnant women!

How many infusions can you make with a treatment?

Each treatment is planned to be able to consume one cup per day for a month (30 cups). The recommended dose per cup is 2 level teaspoons. You can also re-infuse the plants a second time during the day because they will retain their flavor and benefits!

What is the maximum number of cups I can drink per day?

You can drink as many cups as you want. Each sachet contains the equivalent of 30 cups. You can also re-infuse the plants a second time during the day because they will retain their flavor and benefits!

How does delivery take place?

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the weight of the package and the carrier chosen. They are offered for certain items.
