However, if you're in a special situation and only want to buy the pre-ovulation herbal tea, here it is! It should be consumed before ovulation to support hormone production and the natural cycle. You can take it for 12 to 14 days, starting on the first day of your period.

I don't know my ovulation date, what should I do?

You can take the pre-ovulation infusion for 12 to 14 days starting from the first day of your period.

If you want to have more visibility on your ovulation date, we recommend the symptothermal technique (taking your temperature every day and observing your mucus).

Is it suitable for all women?

How long does it take to expect results?
