Ingredients

Pre-ovulation infusion : Yarrow, nettle, rosemary, sage.
Post-ovulation infusion : Lady's mantle, nettle, lemon balm, verbena, peppermint.
100% organic plants.

How to use it

  • Take 2 cups a day
  • Two teaspoons per cup
  • 250 to 300ml cup of water
  • Water at 90°
  • Infuse for 5 to 7 minutes, covered.
  • Enjoy warm for more flavor!

Infusions are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.

Contraindications

Suitable for: PCOS or fibroids.
Not recommended in cases of endometriosis or a history of hormone-dependent cancers.

Pack conception

Je n'ai pour l'instant utilisé qu'un sachet. Le goût de la tisane est vraiment très bon, elle est agréable à boire. Le seul bémol c'est qu'il n'y a pas assez de plante dans le sachet pré ovulation pour celles qui ont une phase pré ovulatoire un peu plus longue que 14-15 jour.

J’ai commandé ces infusions pour réguler mes cycles car j’ai arrêté la pilule pour un projet bébé depuis le mois d’août 2024 et depuis toujours pas de retour de cycle. Ça fait que 20 jours que j’ai commencé, 2 tasses par jour, je ne peut pas encore dire que j’ai des cycles correcte mais j’ai ovulé, ce qui n’était pas arrivé depuis longtemps. Je vais continuer rigoureusement sur deux ou trois mois

J'ai choisi ce produit suite au bon avis qu'il y à sur votre site en général. J'ai pris les infusion aussitôt que je les ai reçu, soit deux jours après le début de mes règles jusqu'au 13 ème jour, le lendemain jour de mon ovulation, j'ai pris le deuxième sachet. J'ai envoyé un message pour être sûr de bien les prendre, vous m'avez très vite répondu et très gentiment !! J'aime leurs goûts, le sachet refermable et vraiment très pratique, ils ne prennent pas beaucoup de place dans mon placard, ils sont très bon, je trouve que mes douleurs pendant mon ovulation ce sont atténuées. Je vais continuer!! Et je recommande vivement ce produit.

FAQs

I don't know my ovulation date, what should I do?

You can take the pre-ovulation infusion for 12 to 14 days starting from the first day of your period.
Then you continue with the second infusion (post-ovulation) until your period returns.
If you want to have more visibility on your ovulation date, we recommend the symptothermal technique (taking your temperature every day and observing your mucus).

Is it suitable for all women?

It is suitable in cases of: PCOS or fibroids.
Not recommended in cases of endometriosis or a history of hormone-dependent cancers
See your doctor in case of IVF or ART.

How long does it take to expect results?

We recommend that you follow this treatment for at least three cycles. We can't guarantee a timeframe, but it will support your natural hormonal cycle and optimize your chances of conceiving.
And don't hesitate to consult a professional if you have any questions or concerns.

Can I drink them even if my cycles are irregular?

Yes of course, they are designed to regulate the hormonal cycle which is particularly beneficial for women with irregular cycles.
