- First trimester: Lemon verbena, lemon balm, peppermint, chamomile

- Second trimester: Red vine, Blueberry leaf, Lavender, German chamomile, Mallow, Puffed rice

- Third trimester: Lemon verbena, Linden, Nettle, Spearmint, German chamomile, Apple

- Postpartum: Nettle, Lavender, Rosemary, Lemon Balm

Instructions for use

  • One cup per day minimum
  • Two spoons per cup
  • 250 to 300ml cup of water
  • Water at 90°
  • Infusion time to be adapted according to the herbal teas
  • Enjoy warm for more flavor

Infusions are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.
